SERVICES / TRACK 01 · BRAND & PRESENCE
Positioning, voice, naming and a visual system, so every channel reads as one company. Before a dollar goes into traffic, the brand has to answer one question in one sentence: why you, and not the cheapest option in the market.
HOW WE WORK ON IT
We define who you serve, what you promise, and why it's credible before anyone opens a design tool. Logo work without positioning is decoration.
Colors, type, voice and templates that work identically on the website, in ads, on social and in proposals. A new team member could stay on brand without asking.
The goal of brand work is commercial: perception that lets you charge what the work is worth.
WHAT SHIPS IN THE BOX
PROOF
We rebuilt the positioning, identity, website and content engine for a premium Canadian brand, then layered acquisition on top.

THE NUMBER
3–6 wks
A typical brand system build, in phases: strategy first, identity second, rollout templates last.
IS THIS FOR YOU?
STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Positioning, visual identity, guidelines and working templates: a system your team can use daily, not just a logo file. The test we use: could a new hire or contractor produce an on-brand post, proposal or ad tomorrow using only the system? If not, it's a logo file, not a brand system.
Indirectly, through three mechanisms: a consistent surface converts more of the traffic you already pay for, stronger positioning supports premium pricing, and a clear identity makes every ad and post cheaper to produce. A rebrand doesn't sell by itself. It stops the marketing you're already paying for from leaking.
Typically 3–6 weeks in phases: strategy first, identity second, rollout templates last, so nothing ships unmoored from positioning. Each phase is approved before the next starts (strategy in weeks 1–2, identity in weeks 3–4, rollout after), so there are no surprise directions at the end.
