The usual sequence: strategy and copy in week one, design and build next, tracking and launch checks after. Rushed sites skip strategy, which is why they convert like brochures.
Clean structure, speed, meta and schema are built in. Ongoing ranking work (content, links, local signals) is a separate service that builds on that base.
