THE SITUATION

Unichill

Unichill has sold onesies for more than ten years. It is a very specific product with a very specific audience, and the owner runs the business directly.

Over the last few years sales started to fall. The product had not changed, and the customers who knew the brand still liked it. Everything around the product had aged, and every summer the store sold almost nothing.

THE PROBLEM

  • The site looked its ageA generic store that no longer matched the product or the price
  • Product pages did not convertVisitors arrived and left without enough to decide on
  • Gaps in the catalogue imagerySeveral products had no proper photos at all
  • Invisible in searchNo Google Merchant Center, no SEO work, no analytics to show what was happening
  • One direction of salesEverything depended on individual shoppers, and custom orders from companies arrived by chance
