Construction marketing agency for roofers, renovators and contractors

A homeowner with a leaking roof or a kitchen to redo makes one decision: who to call first. We put your company in that spot on Google, on Instagram and Facebook, and on a website that takes the estimate request with the details already filled in. Then we make sure somebody answers before the next contractor does. Built for owner-led companies in Calgary and across Canada and the US.

WHERE CONTRACTOR LEADS COME FROM

Two kinds of homeowners, two kinds of marketing.

Some people already have the problem and are typing "roof repair Calgary" into Google tonight. Others have been thinking about the basement for two years and will act when the right video catches them. A construction company that wants a full calendar needs both, and the mix depends on the trade.

PEOPLE WHO SEARCH

Google Ads and local SEO

Roofing, exterior and emergency repair work is bought on Google. A click on a Calgary roofing or renovation search costs $16 to $23 (Semrush, October 2026), which is why the landing page and the phone matter more than the bid. Done right, two or three booked jobs a month pay for the whole channel.

We run the campaigns, build the pages they land on and fill the Google Business Profile so the map result works too. See Google Ads in Calgary.

PEOPLE WHO SCROLL

Meta ads and social from the job site

Renovations, decks, garages and new builds get decided slowly, and Instagram and Facebook are where that decision forms. Footage from your own sites, filmed by the crew to our shot list, outperforms stock every time. The renovation company above got 290 leads this way.

See Meta ads in Calgary and social media for construction companies.

THE WEBSITE

A site that takes the estimate request

Most contractor sites end with "Contact us". Ours end with an estimate form that asks for the address, the material, the size and the timeline, so the first call is a quote conversation and not a questionnaire. Pages for each service and area, a portfolio that loads fast on a phone, and tracking that counts every form and call. See website design in Calgary.

THE FOLLOW-UP

An answer within minutes, every time

A homeowner who sends three estimate requests books the company that replies first. We connect the forms, the ad leads and the inbox to one pipeline, send an instant reply, alert the right person, and remind the team about quotes that went quiet. Jobber for most trades, HubSpot for the rest. See CRM and automation.

WHAT YOU GET

What changes in month one, three and six.

MONTH 1

Tracking, the first pages, live campaigns

Call and form tracking set up, the Google Business Profile completed, the estimate page built, and the first Google or Meta campaign running within two weeks. You see what an enquiry costs by the end of the month.

MONTH 3

Cost per booked job, by service

Kitchens, roofs and basements are separate campaigns because they are separate buyers. By month three you know which service brings work at what cost, and the follow-up has closed the gap between enquiry and quote.

MONTH 6

A calendar you can plan crews around

Six months of enquiries by channel and service. Budget moves to what books jobs, the site ranks for the services you want more of, and the slow season has a plan instead of a panic.

Our fees are on the pricing page, by service. Ad budget is paid by you directly to Google or Meta from accounts registered to your company, and it never passes through us.

HOW WE WORK

Start with the job you want more of.

STEP 01

Pick the service and the area

Not "more leads" but "more full roof replacements in the SW and Okotoks". That decides the keywords, the audience, the footage and the budget.

STEP 02

Fix the landing and the phone

An estimate page per service, a number somebody answers, an instant reply for forms. We do this before spending a dollar on ads, because ads only multiply what is already there.

STEP 03

Launch and read the numbers weekly

Google for the people who search, Meta for the people who scroll, each against a target cost per enquiry. Keywords and videos that bring work stay, the rest are switched off.

STEP 04

Report in jobs, not clicks

A monthly report with enquiries by source, quotes sent, jobs booked and the cost per booked job, read together in a 30-minute call. Then we decide where the next month's budget goes.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

The parts of a system that fills a contractor's calendar.

Google Ads for trades

Search campaigns per service and area, negative keywords that keep out job seekers and DIY searches, call tracking, and landing pages built for the click price.

Local SEO and Google Business Profile

Service and area pages, the profile filled with real job photos and reviews with the trade named, so the map result brings calls without ad spend.

Meta ads from job-site footage

Shot lists your crew films on a phone, cut into Reels and ads per service, lead forms or messages, and a radius around the areas you serve.

Social media for construction

A monthly plan of before-and-after posts, process videos and crew stories, published on your accounts and reused in the ads. How it works.

Website and estimate forms

A fast site with a portfolio, service pages and estimate forms that ask the right questions, with every form and call counted in Google Ads and Analytics.

CRM and follow-up

Jobber or HubSpot set up, instant replies, alerts, quote reminders and review requests, so no estimate request waits for a call back. CRM and automation.

QUESTIONS OWNERS ASK

Before you hire a marketing agency for your construction company.

Which marketing agency in Calgary works with roofers and renovation contractors?

Syntri Labs does, and construction is one of our main industries: a premium metal roofing company, a renovation company with 290 Meta leads, exterior and general contractors. We are a two-founder agency in Calgary, every account is run by a founder, and we also set up the Jobber or HubSpot follow-up behind the ads. Ask any agency you consider for a construction case with the cost per lead in it, and for who will actually run your account.

How much should a roofer spend on Google Ads in Calgary?

Enough to buy a few hundred clicks a month, because a Calgary roofing click costs $16 to $23. At that price a budget under $1,500 a month gives too few clicks to learn anything. Between $1,500 and $3,000 a month a roofer with a good landing page and a phone that gets answered usually sees several estimate requests a week, and one replacement job covers the month. Above that, the limit is how many quotes your crew can do, not the ads. The full worked example is in how much a roofer should spend on Google Ads in Calgary.

Who builds websites for trades and contractors in Calgary?

We do, and the difference from a general web designer is what the site is built to do: take an estimate request with the details, rank for the services and areas you want, load fast on a phone at a job site, and count every form and call. Construct Vision's site is the example: premium copper and zinc roofs, an estimate form with location, material and project answers, and Google Ads tracking from launch day. See website design in Calgary.

Google or Meta for a contractor?

Google for work people search for when they already have the problem: roof repair, exterior damage, emergency jobs. Meta for work people plan for months: kitchens, basements, decks, garages, new builds. Most contractors we work with end up with both, started one at a time, and the first channel is chosen by which service you want more of this quarter.

How long until the leads come?

Ads bring the first enquiries within the first two to three weeks, once tracking and the landing page are ready. SEO and the Google Business Profile take two to four months to show in calls, and keep working after the ad budget stops. The follow-up setup changes the numbers in the first week, because enquiries you already receive stop going cold.

Do you work with construction companies outside Calgary?

Yes. Google and Meta campaigns, websites and CRM setup run the same way in Edmonton, Red Deer, BC or the US. For social content outside Calgary we write the shot lists and your crew films, or we help you find a local videographer.

Who owns the ad accounts, the website and the leads?

You do. Google Ads and Meta run in accounts registered to your company with our access added, the website sits on your own hosting and domain, and the CRM is in your name. If we stop working together, everything stays with you, including the campaign history and the lead list.
