CRM & Automation

A CRM that actually gets used. Every lead captured, answered in seconds, and followed up without anyone remembering to. Revenue stops depending on who saw the message first.

HOW WE WORK ON IT

Speed to lead decides the close

In price-sensitive markets, minutes cost bookings. Instant automated first touch, every time.

Follow-up runs without willpower

Sequences for leads that didn't book, quotes that went quiet, clients due to come back.

Simple enough to survive contact with a busy team

If the team won't use it, it's the wrong system. We build for adoption, not features.

PROOF, ANONYMIZED

For a family-owned Calgary renovation company we replaced a missing CRM with a lead tracker and automation layer: new-lead and duplicate alerts, a soft auto-reply to every inquiry, and a daily overdue-follow-up digest to the owner. Live and confirmed working within the first month, alongside an active kitchen-remodeling ad campaign.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

A good fit, or an honest no

WORTH IT WHEN
  • Leads currently live in an inbox and a spreadsheet
  • Reply time is measured in hours, or days
  • A team of 1–10 drowning in manual follow-up
NOT YET, IF
  • No lead flow yet: there's nothing to automate
  • Wanting a tool without changing the process
  • Enterprise-grade compliance requirements

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Asked before every start

Which CRM do you set up?

The one your team will actually use. We fit the tool to your budget and workflow: the process comes first, the software follows. We're deliberately not locked to one vendor: what a 3-person trades company needs is not what a 10-person clinic needs. Migration of your existing contacts is part of the setup either way.

Our last CRM died in a month. Why will this stick?

Adoption is the deliverable, not the login. We build the simplest pipeline that works, train the team on real leads, and stay through the first weeks. The rule that makes it stick: the CRM must save the team time in week one. Auto-replies and reminders first, reports later. Tools that start by demanding data entry die.

What gets automated first?

The two biggest leak points: an instant reply to every new lead, and follow-up reminders nobody has to remember. Everything else comes after those two pay off. Those two alone typically recover deals every month: leads answered in minutes instead of hours, and follow-ups that used to live in someone's memory now happen on schedule.
